The Foundation hosts a yearly "Book Club for Book Clubs" program that brings together members of community book clubs to talk and share ideas.  Library staff brings the clubs up-to-date on the many resources available online and through the library.

Community Book Club Wall

 

To foster the sharing of ideas and great book titles, The  Foundation created the Community Book Club wall. Located on the 1st floor near the elevator, you can find a list of local area book clubs and their reading choices.

Book Club Kits

Book Club Kits contain eight copies of a book and a guide complete with book reviews, author information, and discussion questions to help facilitate your conversation. Kits are checked out for six weeks at a time and are on the second floor of the library.

NoveList Plus

NoveList Plus is the premiere database of reading recommendations, available through libraries around the world presenting fiction, nonfiction and audiobooks and includes expert recommendations, reviews, articles, lists and more.

OverDrive   

Over Drive logo

Borrow eBooks & audiobooks for free with your library card.  The Libby app is available on the Apple & Google app stores. Kindle Fire users: download the OverDrive app since Libby is not available. Click here for a short tutorial.

Online Book Clubs

Choose your subject areas and each week you’ll receive an email with 2-3 chapters from a recently published book in the categories selected. If you want to read the book, visit the library to check it out or request it.
